I am currently lecturer in touristic planning and touristic public polices at Universidade Federal Fluminense, Niterói-RJ, Brazil. I am  PhD.in Geography (2008) and the focal point of my researches is the public management of touristic areas and places. I am interested in the touristification’s processes, as well as the space dimension of the tourism and its management in the context of the public policies.
