About
A study about one man – his life and political militancy – is the start point of this research over which we analyze the ideologies reflected on the political staff who organized the Brazilian industrial law. We suppose it is possible to establish a link between an individual live and social powers.
The personage elected for this challenge is Antonio Evaristo de Moraes, journalist, lawyer and member of the workers movement, who has acted as mediator of many social conflicts and has been an enthusiast of a new legal order in Brazil – he has worked inside the staff trying to solve some Brazilian social troubles.
This research carries our desire on its possibility of explaining how an emerging capitalism has demanded new state institutions which has resulted on a new ideology about social problems in Brazil.
